Data protection policy for applicants

The General Data Protection Regulation, which has been effective since May 2018, provides for extended information obligations. Therefore, we would like to inform you - in compliance with the legal requirements - about the data processing that is carried out by us in context of your application.

Lagermax Group processes the personal data submitted with your application (e.g. name, address, date of birth, telephone number, e-mail address as well as other personal data submitted; schooling and education; professional career; further education; knowledge; qualifications) and documents sent by you as attachments for the purpose of recruitment. Lagermax Group does this on the legal basis of the predominantly legitimate interest in carrying out an efficient application process as well as on the basis of the need to take pre-contractual measures. Your data will be stored and used in the applicant database of Lagermax Group and will be forwarded within the group of companies to the relevant personnel managers and persons responsible for the respective specialist departments. Your data will not be passed on to third parties.

Your data will generally be stored in the applicant database for 6 months. It is possible to store the data for up to 24 months if you agree to the longer storage period. If your application is successful, the data collected will be stored in accordance with the statutory retention obligations.

You are generally entitled to the rights of information, correction, deletion, restriction, data transferability and revocation. You can revoke this consent at any time in writing via e-mail (jobs@lagermax.com) or letter (Lagermax Lagerhaus und Speditions AG, Personalmanagement, Radingerstraße 16, 5020 Salzburg). You also have the right to file a complaint with the data protection authority.
