As a family-owned company, Lagermax has earned an excellent reputation in more than 100 years of its existence. Performance, innovation, quality and reliability have made Lagermax one of the leading Austrian shipping and logistics companies.
The Lagermax Business Conduct Guidelines, hereafter referred to as the BCG, set out the ethical and legal framework within which the company, its decision-makers and employees act. The BCG contains principles and rules of conduct in relation to external partners, clients, public administration, politics, stakeholders and the general public. Lagermax thus fulfils its ethical and legal responsibility as a company and is an expression of its values according to the motto: Together in motion.
The development of the Lagermax Business conduct guidelines was carried out in accordance with statutory provisions and is based on international agreements on human rights, the fight against corruption and sustainability.
The BCG should strengthen the awareness of law and morality as an integral part of entrepreneurial action.
These Business Conduct Guidelines were issued by the Management Board of Lagermax AG on March 1, 2013 and put into effect.
The key statement is: "Only proper shops are Lagermax shops".
