November 12th, 2020 | Up to now, there is no solution for a trade agreement between the European Union and Great Britain, as well as no clearly recognizable approach to customs issues.
At present, it must be assumed that after the end of the transition period at the very end of December 2020, Great Britain will be considered a third country and customs clearance will take place.
More service more satisfaction!
If desired, our in-house customs specialists take over the preparation of customs documents for exports. For this, Lagermax requires a commercial invoice with details of the consignee including address and the following information from its customers.
- Invoice number
- EORI Number
- Customs tariff number(s) - optionally to be generated by Lagermax
- Type of packaging
- Goods description
- Gross weight
- Net weight
- Value of goods
- Country of origin
In order to be able to carry out customs clearance in Great Britain quickly and easily, a telephone number, e-mail address including contact person and the EORI number of the consignee are required - in addition to the above-mentioned information.
