Salzburg, Luka, June 26, 2026. Lagermax Logistics Croatia d.o.o. has completed construction of its third logistics warehouse at its headquarters in Luka, near Zagreb. With the facility now operational, the transportation and logistics company is expanding its warehouse capacity to a total of 60,000 sqm and strengthening its position as a logistics hub in Southeast Europe.
Lagermax Autotransport d.o.o. also invested in expanding its storage capacity at its facility in Luka. Thanks to the expansion of the existing storage area, a total of 1,200 additional vehicles can now be temporarily stored there.
Sustainable logistics receiving the highest BREEAM certification
The new warehouse was certified according to the internationally recognized BREEAM sustainability standard and received the highest rating of “Excellent.” With this achievement, Lagermax Croatia ensures high standards in energy efficiency, resource conservation, and sustainable construction, and underscores its commitment to continuing to provide modern warehouse logistics.

With the expansions at the Luka facility, Lagermax Logistics Croatia and Lagermax Autotransport are providing additional capacity to fulfill the growing demands along the entire supply chain of its customers and partners. The expansion has optimized logistics processes and sustainably strengthened the facility’s operational capabilities.
