Returns delivery time between 48h and 72h.
There are many reasons for returned goods. if your customers receive damaged or defective goods or have ordered the wrong ones, a quick return shipment is important. This can also be routed to various returned goods locations and, like outgoing goods, can be followed with our track & trace system.
The delivery time for returned goods ranges between 48 and 72 hours depending on your requirements. So that your return shipments are traceable, we also offer various options for recording the shipment:
- Send us all the required information
(e.g. via EDI, e-mail, ftp, track & trace)
- Use the Lagermax AED Aftersales app to transmit the information
- Your recipients are granted access to our track&trace system and register the returned goods themselves
- The recipients use pre-printed labels
We’ll take “that” for you.
Sometimes, returning defective or old equipment to the central warehouse doesn’t make sense. Our solution is an option to handle the disposal and recycling process for you. The processing takes place in-house within the Lagermax Group. To keep the process as simple as possible, we handle the communication and provide you with all the required disposal certificates.
So that your customers always know where their goods are.
We handle every shipment with great care and offer all our customers a seamless track & trace system at the parcel level. The scans of your shipments are transmitted in real time and every manipulation is registered with a colour code. You can be sure at all times that your goods really are at the specified location. The digital delivery scan with barcode takes place at the location of the recipient, to whom the driver announces himself to carry out the delivery. We also connect this delivery scan with GPS coordinates, so that you can retrieve the location of the scan at any time.
You can register shipments yourself via our track & trace homepage, or you can send us the shipment data automatically (EDI, e-mail, ftp). Our IT department handles the interface programming and tests the connection to make sure nothing stands in the way.
If desired, your shipment data can be exported into performance reports (KPIs – Key Performance Indicator reports) and provided to you proactively. We generally inform our customers of any incidents proactively, making sure you know about any delays in advance and don’t hear about them from the recipient.

The Lagermax After Sales App offers numerous advantages for shippers and recipients: a quick and uncomplicated recording of a return, recipients as users have direct access to the status of the goods and certain documents, in the event of a delay you are proactively contacted via the app and you can directly contact the shipper. In addition, a change in the location of the vehicle to be delivered and possible absences can be communicated directly to Lagermax via the app.
With our LiB warehouse only 100 KM away from the Lagermax AED Vienna location, we offer unrestricted authorized storage of (undamaged) lithium-ion batteries on 1080m². On request we will gladly handle the required full ADR transports for you.
Perfectly informed with SMS & e-mail notification.
Upon request, goods recipients and/or senders receive an SMS or e-mail with the shipment status and scan status. We inform you of upcoming deliveries and/or successful deliveries.
Bulky spare parts, small parts.
We recommend the use of our reusable packaging systems, consisting of roller containers for bulky goods and lockable plastic reusable boxes for small parts. This enables efficient consolidation that protects the environment and saves costs. Besides saving on packing material and disposal costs, the reusable containers allow fast, efficient and safe handling of the goods, providing even better protection for your shipments during transport.

SWAPs - equipment exchange and return.
Make life easier for your service technicians and let us handle the exchange of customer equipment. Our Smart Service couriers deliver the replacement equipment and take the defective item with them. Depending on your request, they can also carry out installations or equipment inspections.
After the SWAP, we pack and label the defective equipment and send it to your repair or returned goods centre.
