Note on privacy
Controller
The entity responsible for the processing of your personal data on our website is the company Lagermax Lagerhaus und Speditions AG. You can find our contact information in the imprint. Imprint. The protection of your personal information is very important to us. We handle your personal information confidentially and in accordance with the applicable data protection laws as well as this Privacy Policy. Your information is not passed on to third parties without your explicit consent.
Collection, processing and use of personal information
Access data/server log files
We automatically collect and store information transmitted to us by your browser. This information is
- browser type/version,
- used operating system,
- Referrer URL (the previously visited webpage),
- the hostname of the accessing computer (IP address),
- the time of the server request,
- the volume of transmitted data and
- the notification about whether the request was successful.
Users’ IP addresses are deleted or anonymised after the end of the session. With anonymisation, the IP addresses are modified so that individual personal information or information about specific circumstances can no longer be assigned to a specific natural person, or only with an unreasonable expenditure of time, cost and labour. The information in the so-called log files are analysed by us in anonymised form to improve our website and make it more user-friendly and to find and address errors more quickly. They are also used to control server capacity in order to make available more data volumes if necessary.
Contact form
If you contact us via the contact form on the website or through office@lagermax.com the information you provide will be stored by us for 6 months for the purpose of processing your inquiry and any follow-up inquiries. We do not disclose this information without your explicit consent.
Disclosure of information to third parties
We only disclose information we have collected to third parties when this is necessary to process an order or invoice or you have previously granted your consent. The information thus disclosed may only be used by our service providers to fulfil their tasks. We have selected our service providers with care and have a written contract with them. They are bound to follow our instructions, and we regularly inspect them. Any other use of the information is not permitted, and does not take place at any of the service providers we have commissioned.
Job offers and online applications
On our website, we offer open job positions with the option of sending us an application online (by e-mail or via the contact form). When you apply to an open position, your data is collected and processed by us exclusively within the framework of the application process. After the position is filled, the information is deleted, unless the law mandates a longer retention period.
If you have explicitly consented to longer storage information for the case that a position opens up later, or we conclude a labour contract with you, the information is then stored in your personnel file and to process salary payments, within the restrictions of data protection law.
