LVTmoto opens new logistics terminal in Caldes de Montbui near Barcelona

Salzburg, Caldes de Montbui, February 11, 2026. The Spanish two-wheeler logistics provider LVTmoto (Logistic Vázquez Tarrés S.L.), a company of the Lagermax Group, is relocating its operations from its current site in Santa Perpetua de Mogoda to the newly constructed logistics terminal in Caldes de Montbui, near Barcelona. This strategic move marks an important milestone in the company’s continued development and underscores LVTmoto’s clear commitment to operational excellence on the Iberian Peninsula and in the Balearic Islands.

The modern logistics center offers optimized processes, state-of-the-art infrastructure, and is strategically positioned for future growth. Its location in the La Borda Industrial Park, on Barcelona’s second ring road, provides a decisive logistical advantage: Direct access to one of the most important transportation corridors along the Spanish Mediterranean coast—which is also an integral part of the European transportation network—ensures excellent cross-border accessibility.

BREEAM Certification for Logistics Terminal

In Caldes de Montbui, the expanded capacities cover more than 16,000 m². The modern facility features 15 loading docks, 120 parking spaces, and energy-efficient LED lighting. Built to the latest standards, the building has been awarded a “Very Good” rating under the BREEAM certification.

“With the newly constructed logistics platform—which triples our previous space and optimizes operational processes—we’re creating the best conditions for our long-standing partners and new customers to enjoy even faster delivery times and higher availability of their two-wheelers. The facility is scheduled to begin operations in the first quarter of 2026,” says Eva Vasquez.
